Amazing when it works
The options that the app offers are incredible! But sometimes it just doesn't. It won't open. Or it simply shuts down and goes back to the dwelling screen unexpectedly.
The outset time I used it was to submit some documents for proof in the 11th hr, and it kept saying done! Done! So information technology would go back to the home screen.
In the end I learned that it was non done! and my proof was not submitted on fourth dimension and my benefits expired. Very frustrating. But when it does work, it's amazing that you can practice this through the app!
Cheers for your review and reporting these issues. We repent that you didn't have a good experience with MyACCESS. Nosotros are looking into the issue of the app not opening or endmost unexpectedly. When you successfully submit a document, yous'll receive a screen indicating your submission was successful. The document will also show on your submitted list. If the certificate doesn't show on your submitted listing or remains on your needed list, the document submission was not successful. In this case, you should submit the document again either through the MyACCESS app, the ACCESS website, or past fax or mail.
Almost fourth dimension!
I have had so much trouble with enrollment the by 3 years before using this app. What a headache! Merely now it is easier and faster than e'er. I don't know how long this app has been available merely I just discovered it a few weeks ago. Re-enrollment just took 10 minutes this fourth dimension and I was washed! I haven't had anymore delays because I can at present instantly run across which documents are missing and scan them right in with my phone. Then MUCH EASIER. Thank you for getting upwardly to date with technology!

App freezes when uploading documents
Frustrating! App freezes while uploading documents. I've been trying to successfully upload more than than 3 pages for over an hour.
Update 3:50pm - Finally looks like the app was able to hold 4 pages without freezing. I pressed submit to get at least those 4 pages to Milwaukee Enrollment Services....I still have half dozen more pages to submit, merely I didn't want to button my luck.
Okay, I took screenshots showing the app submitted my four pages. I then logged out of the app - waited a few minutes, then logged in over again.
After vii tries (!!!) I got the app to accept images of 6 more than pages to submit. Once again, I took screenshots showing my submission was successfully sent. I and then opened the Submissions page, where there should be proof of my Submission #1 (4pages), and Submission #2 (half-dozen pages)...
I'm worried because information technology'due south merely showing the second submission...
At present I must phone call Enrollment Services for the 3rd fourth dimension today to see if they tin can run into both of my submissions of documents.
***App should generate an e-mail to me, a receipt showing exactly what information technology submitted - and so I have proof that I uploaded and submitted specific documents!
