Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Delete Save Game
Disable cloud, delete saves, start a new game, re-enable cloud (if you want to, it's not necessary), and voila.

Will this work for re-syning as well, my cloud saves are bugged, BO3 crashed during campaign when switching to windowed and everytime i go into the campaign irregardless of how much progress i've made after that the resume game story option puts me back into the same mission i was in when i crashed (thankfully all unlocks and kits etc etc are retained)

It should help, but you will loose progress. I dunno about multiplayer progress tho. So be careful, make a backup or something.
Gentlemen, I just found out how. At campagin, select missions, press O to bring up the delete save function.

Will or might? :( So there's a (very good) possibility that i will lose whatever progress i have made since then? Cloud has always been on, the thing is the achievements show in my game page and whenever i save and exit to main menu it shows the current mission i'm on in that square box iwth the mission pic on the main page, but if i quit and continue it goes back to that particular bugged mission save but i retain whatever progress i've made with unlocks, kits, campaign medals, accolades yada yada.
